After completing his academic activities, he went further to develop his expertise by becoming a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons, where he specialized in neurosurgery with a focus on the brain and spinal cord. With a rich professional experience of over 18 years, he has established himself as a qualified neurosurgeon with recognition for his dexterity and dedication to the field.
In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he currently holds the high-ranking position of provost at the Lagos State University College of Medicine, where he plays a key role in shaping the future of medical training and education. His leadership is marked by a commitment to excellence and innovation in the practice of medicine.
In addition, he is also an acclaimed researcher, contributing significantly to the scholarly community with nearly 80 publications. His research activities are primarily focused on major areas including the brain, spine, spinal cord, and anatomical structures, demonstrating his immense interest and experience in the field. With his activities in various roles as a teacher, clinician, and researcher, he continues to make significant contributions to the healthcare industry in Nigeria and elsewhere.
